Management Structure

Fundación IEnova is supervised by an Advisory Committee anda Managing Board. The Advisory Committee includes the company's CEO and Executive Vice-Presidents and is chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Chairman of IEnova. Several employees are members of the Managing Board chaired by the Chief Sustainability, Corporate and Public Affairs Officer.
